How do I return my order?
Returns are free for orders placed within the US. To return an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit our online returns portal where you can register your return and create your returns label.
- Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code or email address to identify your order.
2. Select items to return - Tick the item(s) you wish to return from your order list and select a return reason.

3. Choose your return method
Select your preferred method from the carrier list:
- Choosing Happy Returns:
Happy Returns offers box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns.
If you have the clear cellophane bag that most items arrive in, please keep the item(s) in their respective bags.
Bring items to a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed to you to complete your return drop-off.
- Choosing USPS:
Print a label – A label will be emailed to you to print out, tape it to return parcel being sure to cover up or remove any old address labels or bar codes. Take the parcel to your mailbox for pick up or drop off at a Post Office.
QR code – Bring your packaged returns with old address and bar codes covered up or removed to a Post Office. Show the QR code and the Post Office will print your label and will have your returned items sent back to us.
USPS offers 2 convenient options

Please allow up to 21 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email as soon as your refund
has been processed and it will show on your account within 7 – 10 business days from this point.

What’s your returns policy?
We operate a free returns policy for orders made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 45-days of shipment, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (please see exclusions below). If you return an item in its original condition after 45-days of shipment, we’ll give you a Boden account credit for the amount that you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted according to any offer or discount applied to your order.
If you return an item from an order that has an outstanding pre-order, the cost of the outstanding item(s) may be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Exclusions – the following are non-refundable:
- Final Sale items (the discounts on our Final Sale items are so good that we are unable to accept returns)
- Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
- Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.
What’s your 365-day Quality Guarantee?
After our standard 45-day return period, you can return anything that does not meet our quality standards up until one year from shipping, for a Boden account credit. With faulty items you’ll have the options below:
· Within 6 months – we’ll refund your item and you’re welcome to place a new order (subject to availability).
· From 6-12 months – we’ll credit your Boden account for the amount paid. Account credit can be used on any future order, including sale items.
If you originally purchased with a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up-to-date stock and delivery information. To find more details about returning items, take a look at ‘How do I return my order?’ and our returns policy.
How long does it take to process my returns?
Returned parcels can take up to 21 days to reach us from the date they’re sent back. Keep an eye out for your return notification emails to stay in the loop and, don’t worry, as we’ll pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund applied to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 7 – 10 business days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 21 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back.
Can I return more than one order in a parcel?

How do I track my return?
If you’ve returned your parcel via our Returns Hub, you can track your return by clicking on the link in your email. Don’t forget to check your junk folder if you’ve not received any and add us to your safe sender list. Alternatively, enter your order number and ZIP code or email address here.
It may take a day or two from mailing your parcel for the first update to show. No need to worry though, as we’ll pop you an email when your return has been processed.

How do I return a gift that I received?
If you have received a gift from Boden that’s not your cup of tea, please contact us with your order number to hand (this can be found on the address label), and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.
Will I lose my offer if I return an item?
Offers are applied to each item, so any discount received will still apply to the items you keep. Any items returned will be refunded at what you paid for the item (after discount), as per our returns policy. Take a look at your offer terms & conditions for more information.
